The Black Hill gravel road that connects the Hoyles Mill trail is closed for about 100 yards. This is on the hill up to the pasture where they keep the horses. I easily just went around the fence and had no problems, not sure if that will change.

Not a good alternative to go around…

    Just FYI.

I think it’s closed due to a huge sinkhole. I saw one during the Epic on the right side of the road when going towards BH.

both are covered with large steel plates. They are directly in line with the stream on both sides of the road. Might be putting in some sort of brige or something?? you can ride through though:rolleyes:

There were large sink holes forming on both sides of the road. The road would have collapsed without repair. They marked it a few weeks back. I’ll see what I can find out.
