    The Bike Lane is kicking off its Six Month Endurance Training Program this April. This is a group training program that includes a monthly training plan, group rides in places like the GW forrest (and portions of the SM100 route), a mtb clinic with pro-mountain biker Sue Haywood, and the support of a professional mountain bike coach. This is a great program to get ready for the SM100, the MoCo Epic, and other endurance events later in the season.
