Saddle suggestions for male numbness.

Due to some mechanical issues (no middle chainring) I decided to go on a road ride for my weekly "long" ride.

It turned out to be my longest mileage wise ride to date. 65 miles and 4 1//2 hours ride time.

I wore regular jean shorts, so I know that didnt help matters but the last 20 miles were hell. My bottom was killing me and to top it off, 3 hours later I've still got some numbness downstairs. I realized quickly that your in the saddle almost constantly on RR's.

Anyways, to the point.

Do the advertised "ergonomic" saddles really help with these matters"
What saddles have yall had good luck with?

Right now I just have a 30 or 40 dollar WTB saddle, I don't remember which one.

Thanks and seeya
