Uh Oh, Broken frame...

I have an old Performance mtb that I converted for street training. Today I broke the chainstay right before the rear dropout. Frame is Cromoly. Can this be welded? Who can do it? Anyone?

The bike is old and not worth too much but I hate to throw out my training bike at work...
