Description
MORE is partnering with Trail Conservancy and other natural surface trail user groups to continue constructing new trail to replace poorly designed older trail at Cosca Regional Park in Clinton, Maryland. The new design was created by IMBA. When the trail system is complete there should be at least 8 plus miles of rolling fun trail. Best case scenario is 10 miles of trail, including a Mountain Bike challenge area.
Trail Information: Cosca has rolling terrain, with poorly designed trail, but wait! Most of the trail system is currently being rebuilt, so watch for trail days and join in the fun. Also proposed is a skills area and pump track. Potential for night riding exists once trails are finished. A bonus here is overnight campgrounds benefiting night riders inclined to stay over. The park has a small lake, softball fields and tennis courts.
Notes: The trails at this park are under development. For more information, please contact the Trail Liaison.
