Spent the Thanksgiving holiday with Marissa's family. As usual, logged three solid road rides - two of them fast. The legs felt good.

I also learned of a bike repair hazard that I was not previously aware of. My father in law had been fixing a flat on a group ride and FROZE THE CO2 CARTRIDGE TO HIS PALM. Solid. To the point where he emptied a bottle of Gatorade on it, and it still wasn't free. We saw it two weeks after the fact, and it was still a gruesome burn.
