I did some limited recon.
The bowl was pretty soft. There were pools of standing water on the CCT. The phase III climb seems to be wearing in very well, and shed the rain, but I didn't even bother looking at the berms. Both the Phase II 495 climb and the whoops on the far side of the power lines were soupy at the bottom of each dip.
I think it will be at least Saturday afternoon before the trails are rideable.
I saw no riders, spotted one couple loading their bikes in the parking lot by the softball fields.
