Time to let her go...She's gone.
Lots of wear to the paint, but no dents or cracks. Bike was ridden hard, but never abused or jumped (I'm a cross country rider, not into dirt jumping, freeriding, etc).

For an extra $100, I'll include a 2004 Manitou Skareb 80mm fork and Manitou shock pump. The fork has about a year's worth of riding on it and was purchased NIB last Fall.
Edit to add: Bike is 25.8lbs as shown, but it has a lot of "burly" parts. It has weighed as little as 24.5lbs in it's past (in geared form, was 23lbs as a SS).
