I have a 1990 Raleigh Heat Technium frame free to a good or not so good home. This was my 2nd mtb, purchased new by me in late 1989. It sat unused for the past 10 years until I thought I might build a SS out of it (forward facing horizontal dropouts). I sanded and primed it, but the project got derailed before I could finish. I cut off the rear brake cable stop and the rear derailer cable stop. The square taper cartridge BB is stuck in the frame, but still turns freely.
No HS, fork, or any other parts.
Size is 20" seat tube with 22" top tube. 73/71 angles, 16.75" chainstay.
It's free. I'll meet you anywhere near Tysons Corner during normal working hours, Manassas after hours, or Wakefield at one of the Tues/Thurs night rides.
