Fort Dupont --who you gonna call?

Greetings-- anyone know who to contact RE trail maintenance issues at Ft. Dupont?

I was out there yesterday, and found several trees down across main trail, am wondering who to contact. Anybody have any idea? Does the Nat'l Park Svc. have an office onsite?

Clue me in if anybody knows... :confused:

Well the liaison is Brian Poochigan I believe. He has put on many TM days there, but most recently, there has been a lull. I don't know a lot about the situation, just kind of going on what I remember thinking was going on...

The park isn't sure what it wants to be. Part of this includes not having us do trail maintenance until they figure out the direction they want to go. So they currently don't need our help.

Again I could be way off base, but that's what I thought. There's a link out there somewhere to all the trail liaisons and their contact info. If I find it, I'll post it.
