Easy down tree near exit

Easy one. There is an 8" trunk pine tree fallen over the last 30 feet of the exit to Fountainhead. It is hovering about 30 inches in the air horizontal. A chainsaw and about 10 minutes is all it should take to clear it out. It requires portage to cross with a bike and is sorta tall for that even as it is suspended.
