Wheel is about 9 years old, but only has about 3 years of solid riding on it. Still straight and true...
Specs: Nukeproof Superfly cartridge bearing hub, Bontrager Mustang rims, 14/15/14 DB spokes. I'm not sure about the nipples, but I *think* they're aluminum. My goal at the time was light weight, so I think I went that route, but they could be brass...
I don't know the weight for this wheel, but with it's rear mate, the pair was 1600gr. It's quite strong for it's weight, having held up under me (190lbs).
It would be perfect for that 26" commuter, lightweight V-brake bike, etc. I'll even toss in the rear wheel if you're interested (rear driveside bearing cup bad, not rideable unless you have a replacement cup).
I'm looking for a Surly (or other brand) Singleator. Used is fine as long as it's in good shape.
