Accotink and Wakefield are in surprisingly good shape despite last weekend's weather. We rode the Bowl area at Wakefield and an extensive tour of Accotink last night and all the trails were tacky to absolutely dry. No significant puddles or standing water. I'd expect the creek trail and the backside of the hill near the powerlines to still be damp but another day of nice weather should fix that up.
