Where: Cedarville State Forest, (directions here: http://www.more-mtb.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1207)
This will be a very beginner-friendly ride; the trails at Cedarville are a perfect entry into riding off-road, while providing some challenge to riders with more experience. We will have one group and the pace will be casual, with a couple of stops for working on skills.
Particulars: Most rides are beginner-friendly, but are geared toward women who have at least a little mountain biking experience. Some rides are for more experienced riders. Please check the RideLikeAGirl website (http://www.ridelikeagirl.org) for information on trails and recommended skill levels. Rides are expected to last from 60 to 120 minutes. Depending on the size of the group, smaller groups will be formed on the basis of skill level and interest.
All riders MUST wear a helmet, bring water, and have a trail-ready bike. Riders should also carry the usual basics: spare tube(s), a pump, tire levers, a chain tool, and basic allen wrenches.
Please reply if you're planning on attending.
