On tuesday, April 24 around 7:00 pm, a group of riders saw a jogger wearing no clothes on the trails at Lake Accotink. He was identified as healthy (and hairy) thin in late 40.s/50's. When he was spotted he covered himself with a pair of blue running shorts. He was later spotted by a second group or riders but with the shorts on. One rider stated they had seen him previously jogging in the park,though with clothes. If you have any information on this person please let the police know and if you ever see any suspicious behaivior such as this please notify the police immediately.
