CAUTION: the old washed out paved bridge just inside the Conservation Park (by the water/sewer station?) is totally effed up with 3 ft drops on either side. People can get up some good speed coming from either direction.. which could be potentially dangerous if you're thinking it's rideable (as it was previously). Seriously, 3 ft drops on both sides, plus about a 3 or 4 ft hole, underwater, over to one side. There's also a tremendous hole in the middle of the bridge(?) itself. Some of this stuff may be old news to folks who ride this trail often..
Also, 2 downed trees. Not a hazard, but blocking trail. One on a mogul by the Church- the other right before the boulder garden heading toward Schaeffer. Email sent to liaison.
Conditions were otherwise fine. Except for a wicked current on the big water crossing that caused me to take a full body (and bike) swim, unexpectedly. :o
