While researching trails to hit below the Mason-Dixon line, I came across MORE and was impressed that you have a women rider's club. So far, I've been the only women rider I've come across here in the trails near Chambersburg, PA.

It'd be cool to join your group some weekend for some single-track. Keep me posted on when I can join you. Also, there's some sick trails up here in Michaux State Forest (1 hour north of Frederick, MD) and I'd be happy to show anyone around.

Hi Lish! I live in Frederick and would love to take you up on your offer to hook up for a ride at Michaux. I've ridden there twice and had a blast!

We're going to have a Ride Like a Girl (RLAG) ride at the Frederick Watershed next Saturday, 4/28. The trails we're going to ride are very similar to Michaux. I'll be leading the casual-pace group and Shannon will be leading a moderate group. The ride starts at 10:00 from the Hamburg Road Parking area. Hope you can make it!

I echo what Julie says. I'd take you up on a Michaux ride sometime. I had a great time the one ride I got in up there.

I may take you up on the ride on the 28th. It sounds awesome! Maybe we can coordinate a ride up in Michaux for sometime in May.

Great! Let me know if you need directions (the directions on this site are best for those traveling north). Shannon and I can talk to you at the ride to make plans for a Michaux ride.

Keep me in the loop for the Michaux ride. I have been trying to get up there to ride but it always seems to snow.... Hopefully, spring has sprung for good and that won't be an issue for a while. I have never ridden there but heard it is great!
