RLAG ? lights?

new to MORE and just picking up my new stumpjumper today...does RLAG stand for Ride Like a Girl? just a guess...newbie to mtb but seasoned roadie...guessing that if i want to join in on these night rides i should be buying lights? advice..do i get one on the bike, helmet loaded or both?
