Did the Seminary singletrack loop on Tuesday. The trail for the most part is dried out and good to go....

I rode LR last night from the Church lot out to Cromwell (over Providence RD) & it was in good shape. A few small soft spots on the single track & one extended wet spot on the fire road, but overall good to go.

I rode there last night. Was in good shape. I rode from the church across dulaney then in. There were a couple of nasty spots on the fire road, but nothing too bad. And one know if the trail got a lot of rain last night/this morning? Just wondering if it is ridable. Thanks.

I would think they got a good bit of rain from the passing system. We did downtown. Merriman's may be ok tomorrow but I wouldn't touch Seminary since a lot of that trail lies so low.

If you just continue on Dulaney Valley Road past Seminary, I think it's east (away from Towson). After a couple of miles you'll come to a bridge over the resevoir. You can either park on the left before the bridge or on the side of the road after the bridge. Trail head is on Dulaney Valley Rd maybe 25-50 yards on the left just after the guard rail ends (after bridge). Difficult to see from the road. Always keep the resevoir on your left as you ride. You will spend a little time on the road too which might get you turned around. What time you heading there? I'm making the trip today too.

Rode there today. Trail is in great shape, minus about 5 minutes into the start there is a nice muddy mess, but the rest is great.

Seminary to Cromwell Valley sp in vgood shape last night. One medium size tree down that needs some clean up - other than that - all clear.
I'll be in the lot on Sat at 8:00AM if anyone wants to tag along.

How are the conditions around the Seminary trails? Wet still? Would like to ride tomorrow (Friday).

Haven't been since all of the rain. I may go in at Cromwell tomorrow am & if it isn't too soft, I'll head over to seminary, if it is still wet, I'll ride around dams. Cromwell & pines usually dry sooner. By tomorrow eve it may be ok.
I'll post if I get to check it out early.

I rode Seminary Rd. to Providence on Friday late afternoon and the trails were surprisingly dry. Some puddling in the usual spot, but really not bad.
