Once again we are having The Bike Lane/MORE BEGINNER Women's MTB Clinics. These are a little different than the other clinics being offered in that there are 2 three week sessions. These are for women who are just getting into the sport of mountain biking and would like to the learn the fundamentals. For those who are more advanced we will be organizing advanced clinics soon.

Please read below for more info.

The Bike Lane and MORE will be hosting Beginner Women's Wednesday Night Mountain Biking Clinics at Wakefield Park. There will be two three week sessions for beginners who want to learn basic mountain biking skills. We will teach the basics such as; correct bike fit, shifting, and braking. This will be followed by beginner trail riding skills including; proper descending and ascending techiniques, balance skills, and riding over small obstacles.

The clinics will be limited to 16 people. You must be a MORE member to attend clinics. If you are not a member you may join on line at www.more-mtb.org or at the clinic.

Each session is $25 (not including MORE membership). This fee will be donated to Trips for Kids a local non-profit that takes at-risk youth on mountain bike excursions.

Session One will be on April 18, 25, and May 2
Session Two will be on May 9, 16, and 23
Each session will be the same. Please do not sign up for both sessions.
