I took a look just to see how it was doing, really muddy. With the rain coming later this week I would think it would be a stretch for it to be open the weekend of the 24th. I'm guessing the week afterwards.

I spoke with someone in the Seneca Creek Park office this morning. She said they had planned on opening this weekend, but rain between now and Saturday will definitely impact that plan.
