Conditions in the Snow - 2/17/06

Does anyone know of the trail conditions at wakefield in the snow?

It was amazing.... fast and smooth, but with traction. Never saw anything like it. The best parts are where ppl haven't done a lot of walking... the Bowl and the rollers (sorry, I think that's what they're called, I can never keep the names straight). The creek path has been well-trodden, so it's not as smooth, thought it's still possible to ride alongside the path. And really, the trail is wherever you want to ride!

BUT, we left around 10:30 and my wheels were starting to break thru the crust in places, so it's already beginning to thaw.
