Hey Mike,

Oh, I'm in alright.

I didn't (1) quit booze (2) start eating better---gave up half and half in my coffee and a bagel and cream cheese every morning in exchange for black coffee, 4 egg whites, dry whole grain toast and a banana---with equally bland meals the rest of the day (3) give up couch snacking and (4) start busting my butt in the gym or at yoga every day . . . For the past two months . . . JUST to look good in my Speedo come Memorial Day.

Oh, no--- I'm . . . IN!

Let's email offline about upcoming training endeavors.

Schweinprodukt Mannschaft . .. Uber Alles!

Let's see...

Hopefully all of the Cranky Monkey stuff...

12 hours of Lodi
Baker's Dozen
Maybe Snowshoe

I think the SM100 is a little too ambitious for me.

So long as I don't draw an out-of-town job the night before, I'm going to race Greenbrier this year.

Technically, I could race 40 - 49 as I will turn 40 by the end of the calendar year, but I'd rather race in the 30 - 39 crowd to get the extra lap in and to see how much improvement I've made in the past year.

I'm counting on getting some Cranky monkeys in but working for the park service in the summer = Weekend shifts. and after a pretty horrible run at FH in the monkey last year my spirit is still quite broken. hmm...
