Looking to unload:

57cm Jamis Sputnik fixed stock (but with flat bar and 28mm Serfas tires). $400

Bontrager Lrg RaceLite mtn bike, xtr 9spd (grey stuff), king hs (1993 vintage), sx-ti manitou fork, xtr v's, king front hub, ti bar, xtr rear hub, mavic rims, Santa Cruz built (IN Santa Cruz, not BY Santa Cruz), great working condition. $900 firm.

What is the max tire width you think can be fit between the sputnik stays?

There is a decent amount of room between the rear stays but hardly any on the EC70 fork.

The bike has 28mm tires on it right now. The front occasionally rubs the fork but the rear has more room in it.

I'm in the market for a fixie, but it has to have the ability to fit fatter tires...ie cross check.

I love the Bontragers. Wish I'd bought one years ago. But, I'm 6' 4". I don't think the 52cm would fit... :rolleyes: :D

Something tells me no. :D Unless you had a cartoonishly short inseam and ran a 250 mm stem.

Mike: I was close to pulling the trigger on your 57 sputnik, but I found a deal on a cross check frame that will be a bit more versatile.

Right now, Eric has dibs on the RoadLite.

That just leaves the 57 sputnik, 52 cx cross bike and large racelite mtn bike.

Things are going fast! I'll have a 575 carbon in medium going pretty soon as well...
