Lee Ranger District Annual Meeting

For those of you near or interested in GW Forest trail planning, there is an annual planning meeting on Sun. Feb. 11 at 1pm at the Lee Ranger District Work Center. If you can go please call Wade Bushong at 540-984-4101 or email him at wbushong@fs.fed.us.

Actually, contact Brian Junkins - MORE's trail liaison for the GW. His contact info should on the trailwork schedule or "Where To Ride" or somewhere around here. Not to say he wouldn't mind some company but I'm pretty sure Brian is on top of this.

FWIW, it is a great meeting; all the various user groups together at one time (hike, horse, bike, OHV, etc), learn about changes planned by USFS, hear yearly plans of other groups, updates on big projects like Masrock, etc. Would be awesome if some of our other land managers organized a similiar gathering of users. Perhaps we'd all get along a little better if they did...
