How is the water crossing?
Does anyone know what the water crossing will be like in early May? I guess it will be high, 16 inches +... does anyone recall?
I will be taking a group ride through there in early may and so I'm interested.
Thx for the inside/expert info.

The water level of the crossing is dependent on how much water is let out at the reservior, which to my knowledge, isn't consistent.

You can use the log crossing if the water is too high. The log is located upstream about 100yds.

Thanks for the information...
I rode the route recently and found the log crossing. It was a wet day so I had to cross the slippery "downed tree" in socks. That seemed like the only way to keep my balance and to stay dry.
For my May ride, I will just have to state that the log crossing is for the undaunted.
I just hope the weather (and temps) make for a comfortable ride. This early reconnaissance should help.
Again Thx.
