Well, maybe not the "latest" but here's what I found on 4/17: 12 mile loop trail, very well marked, mostly single-track, EXTREMELY rideable, a few creek crossings (all of which can be negotiated unless the water is very high.) Climbs are sustained and kinda tough, but the payoff of 5+ miles of downhill is more than worth it. One note of caution: about midway through the loop (as you near the top of Polish Mtn.) there are quite a few deadfalls blocking the trail. All of them can be walked around, but it took away from the ride to have to hike-a-bike so much  (especially since this was the real start of the downhill section... I'm much better at walking on the uphills... I do so quite often, in fact. ;) ) The deadfalls may have since been cleared, but if not, it's still a good ride. Took me 2.5 hours (with all the walking.) When you enter the park off I-68, just look for the signs to the trailhead (you can't miss 'em.)
