Looking for Small/XSmall Mtn Bike Frame

My 11 y.o. daughter is interested in getting into mtn biking. Currently she is riding a piece of junk Toys R Us 24" mtn bike.

I'd like to find a used small/extra small frame, or complete bike.

If anyone has any recommendations for a good frame to build up, I'd be up for that as well.

My 11 year old son is on a 13" Gary Fisher that is holding up nicely.

I've got a 14" Giant Rainier laying around completely dismantled (and all the stock parts aside from the brakes). It fit me pretty well, and I'm around 5'-5 1/2" tall. Unless shes pretty tall, its probably a bit large for her though.
