Visiting from Canada for all of April, Where to ride?

Hey everyone,
My wife and I are visiting family for the month of April. We will be in Annandale area. Could you suggest some local singletrack that we could check out. Also, is there some places that we could travel from Annadale to for some more "epic" single track. I have seen pictures on the site of guys building stunts and things, where is that? Thanks for your help, maybe we'll see you on the trail.

P.S. If you get a chance, you need to come up here to Canada and check out some seriously sick trails.

If one of the pics you're talking about is the one of a long ladder in the Picture Gallery on this site, that is from your country. We took some in Fernie, BC while we were riding locally waiting for the first Trans Rockies race to start. Fun, and sick lookin' stuff up there.

If you want local trails, try Wakefield-Accotink on a Thursday nite ride. For epic, look for a weekend ride to Gambrill, Frederick Watershed, or GW Nat'l Forest. Another good, close place to Annandale is Fountainhead, which you'd have no trouble following on your own (unlike the Watershed).
