RLAG Patapsco 9/16

This Saturday, September 16, RLAG will be having two separate rides. So if you can't make it down to Fountainhead, join the group at Patapsco!

Becky Bafford will be leading this casual-paced, intermediate-level ride, starting at 10am at the Landing Road parking lot.

If you are interested in practicing the jumps at Lewis and Clark, she will be happy to meet you at 9:30 to get a few rounds of jumps in before starting the ride. (Post up here if interested).

Pace: There will be one pace group for this ride. Casual-pace, intermediate terrain.

Just a heads up from the Patapsco guy, there's not really a 'landing road parking lot.' There is a pull-off just south of Rockburn Branch Park and a pull-off north of Rockburn Branch Park at the top of Cascade trail. I recommend that you all meet at the Rockburn Branch Park lot at the top of the hill. Facilities, ample parking...

Just a thought. It might help avoid any lost souls...

How were the trails?

We got a big rain a few days ago and it's been damp & drizzly since?

We were a little worried, but the trails were fine with just a few muddy spots. Root, rocks and logs on the other hand were very slippery.

Aww, you let men in.. I should have come then :) I went solo at rosaryville.. which was extremely muddy all over :/

We had a very small group for the ride today therefore we graciously allowed the two guys to tag along. ;) However the norm is that these are "Ladies Only" rides.
