This thread (http://www.more-mtb.org/forum/showthread.php?t=4586&highlight=plantar) talks about orthotics for problems like plantar faciitis. What if you just want some good replacement inserts for your shoes?

I have a pair of SIDI Dominators I like, but the insert has compressed to the point that I get a little bit of "hot foot" on long rides. I like the shoes, and would like to recharge 'em with some new inserts.

Recommendations? Thanks!

Eh. I bought a pair of 10$ "sports" inserts at the grocery store for my Sidis. They work fine (and are in fact better than the super thin factory inserts).

I was quite pleased with the Nike inserts sold at Revolution Cycles (and I'm sure many other shops). Fit my SIDI Scarpe Lightning's very well. My originals had compressed, as well.
