Size is Medium, 18".

Price depends on what you want on it?
Frame/fork
seat post/saddle (it's a unique 26.4 post size)
rear wheel w/ 18 tooth cog
front 44 tooth crank
handlebars
front wheel
etc.

I could probably build it all up.

The size is right. How old is it?
