Women specific design Trek demo

Jacob from Trek came to Stokesville for a day with a tailer full of demo bikes. He had a 14" women's specific design and let me take it on a sick ride up Narrowback and over to Cookie and Festival.

Have to give this bike a great testimonial. I am small 5'2'' but mighty, (i.e like fast downhills and log jumping) I could clear logs that would require dabbing it on my 13" Gary Fisher Cake 2 GS, which is also women specific geometry but 3 years old. Don't know if it was all that carbon fiber that lightened the load but I felt like a hero on that bike!

Point is, I recommend going to the demo and getting on a WSD. The more we support women's specific products the more products will be made available. Plus it is important to support the local bike shops when they go to the trouble to put on an event like this. Most importantly this bike was in incredible ride, go ahead and try it yourself!
