I've sent this message to Joe Foley for Chris Wikman, but have not heard back, and didn't know if Joe was out of town.
On the Cabin Branch trail at the north end nearly out of the park boundaries there's a large tree fallen over two trails where they merge. One is a new trail coming off the whoop-dee-dos just after the stream crossing, which then merges back with the Cabin Branch trail (I think it's the CB trail). The trunk blocks the CB trail and the top, leaves, and branches is on the new trail and forces everyone to cut through brush to get by.
Not really a 'hazard' as you can see the tree long before you get to it, except that you have to go through brush.
