Selling my 2004 Jamis Dakar 1.0 XLT. I have literally ridden this bike three or four times on pavement.. It's been in my apartment since I purchased it from Under the Sun in Frederick... This was back in Oct. Paid $1,600.00.. Also put barends, rear mud guard, for $1000.00 I'll throw in Joe Blow pump, presta/standard, and a shock pump.. (never used) This bike is basically brand new.. If it were sitting on a show room floor you wouldnt think its ever been out.. Basically perfect condition.. no scrapes, scratches etc... If interested please email me at dman19781@yahoo.com

That is fine with me man, is just that the classified section is basicaly called "MARKETPLACE" Forum.
The thing is, THE PIT gets more visitors... and posts, so very soon your add will be buried at the end of many other posts and it won't be seen as much as at the market place would, which does not have so much activity. Therefore, I believe that you will keep your ad "alive" for longer :)
Eventually one of the forum moderators may move your post to the appropriate location.
good luck in your sale, however I hope you have another bike and keep yourself in this sport. There is more to it than trail dust and chain lube
