A surprise treat in the mail for the first person to web-link me to the following item:
Adapter to fit 51mm Shimano mech disc caliper to Marzocchi fork post mount (for 160mm rotor). Same must be 'in stock' and located within the continental US.
A treat in the mail for anyone who happens to have (and is willing to part with) same.

http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/11297-115_A2ZDB1-3-Parts-158-Brakes/Disc/A2Z-Disc-Brake-Adapter.htmThis is the closest I've come to finding it....HOWEVER, "the adapter requires you to use a 170mm rotor". So this might be the time to go'head and get more stop up front by getting a 170. No cigar:(
Biker, I think that's for 51mm caliper to IS fork mount-- that's what I have currently. (I think).

Yea, was thinking about going 170 up front for more 'stop'...not sure if Shimano makes a 170 or not, though.

I think it's 6", 7" or 8". That's 160mm, 170mm or 203mm (I know they don't measure out, but those are the numbers everybody uses). Shimano makes all three in centerlock and 6 bolt.
If you weigh over 160lbs (naked) I recommend the 7" rotor up front. Since you really have very little stopping power in the rear, stick with the 160.
