Trail Work at Wakefield

Thanks to whoever is doing the trail maintenance at Wakefield! More work on the new power line trails between yesterday and today with the gravel and stone dust-thanks! I ride there at least 4 times a week and want to help out with trail maintenance in whatever way I can. I have a truck for hauling and tools for doing trail work if needed. Thank You for the kind words. I found out yesterday that I will be on travel next week so I put the computer down, hopped in the truck and put in 2 hours of work. I actually ran into BKJOE and he helped me out. :)

I feel personally responsible for fixing the Phase II gravel. It was my (not so) brilliant idea to do the gravel work. I really expected us to get hit with rain and that would have set the gravel. But alas, Murphy struck and now it's a loose mess that needs to be taken care of before the races start. As for that little structure I built over the wet area. I solemnly swear never to do that again. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but that DANG thing has sucked up 20 man hours and it's still not right. I really should just rip it down and start over, but I'm being stubborn. :mad:
