In an effort to make things easier to find in this forum, please follow the guideliens below.
1. When posting conditions for a given trail, and there is a thread already started with that trail's name, please post your message in that thread. For example, if you are posting conditions on Patapsco's Avalon Area post your message in "Patapsco - Avalon - Conditions (http://www.more-mtb.org/forum/showthread.php?threadid=307) "
2. When posting conditions, please put the trail name and the date you are reporting on in the subject line of the message and at the start of the body of your message.
For Example:
++++++++++++
SUBJECT - Patapsco, Avalon - JULY 8, 2003
BODY:
July 8, 2003
Patapsco Valley State Park is super dry today. Go Ride :)
++++++++++++
All messages have a time stamp, but more often than not, people just look at the subject and quickly click to view the message body/info. Having the date of your report at the top of your message will help people get to the correct info quickly.
3. Finally, if a trail you are reporting on is not already listed, start a new thread and title it with the name of the trail you are reporting and the word Conditions at the end. This way, people can easily scan and differentiate Trail Condition threads from other type of threads (i.e. Questions, etc.)
For Example:
++++++++++++
Thread Title - New Germany Conditions
BODY:
July 8, 2003
New Germany State Park is super dry today. Go Ride :)
++++++++++++
Thanks!
