actually it is a safety awareness advertisement, sponsored by some official entity.
in sum sthe guy says
" This is a common motorcyclist skull like any other
.... this is a common motocycle helmet like any other...
and then while swinging the hammer " this a common bike accident"

... pay close attenton to the "biker's" face when the helmet is removed - it seems that it wasn't a fake blow ... LOL

I wonder how much they paid that guy to stick his head through that table, and did they actually tell him what it was for.

Personally.... I think he is a very good actor and stuck his head up the moment after the hammer hit and before the helmet was lifted. Nevertheless, it's stull a good commercial.
