Park doesn't officially close in the winter but they close the gates, so you have to park on the main access road and ride in. The mtb trail status sign will still reflect whether the trail is open or not.

Thanks!!! I will definitly PM you. We just had a newborn baby girl and a new Yeti 575. I can't ask for anything more. :) Once I get some time and dial my bike in, I'll be good to go and I'll PM you(I haven't been on my old bike in a week)!! Thanks Again.

Gates were "closed" today, technically the first set were open for the county workers to get to their shed, but a chain is across the road before the parking lot.

I really don't understand the sense in closing the gate if the trails are open.

BTW, lots of damp roots, leaf covered rocks, and skittish deer in FH today.
