I rode fountainhead a few weeks ago and will be going this weekend. Last time i rode there was a large pyramid that had been built at the bottom of the first long downhill. Would anyone know if it is still there? Just curious, wasnt able to make it last time, looking to give it a second try.

It is still there as of 11/2 with a ride around if I'm not mistaken.

Rode Thursday 11/3 and saw no signs of the pyramids of which you speak. Of course I wasn't on the look out for pyramids. I did however dump my bike good enough to 1) bend my hanger, 2) break my glasses, and 3) break the rebound adjustment off of my Manitou minute 3. The hanger was easy enough to fix once I got home, but I did ride in pretty much single speed for the last four miles. The Glasses I got fixed for free and the shock part (internal rebound cartridge) is being replaced by manitou (repair fees also). Therefore, no complaints from me, and Manitou will have my business for a good while.

Built-up log crossing at the end of the first downhill. I hope it's still there.

Are you talking about the down hill before the picnic tables? If you are, it's gone when I road it last week. It surprised me when I came up to it the first time because that down hill hasn't really changed that much in the past 8 years.
