I rode the full trail loop today around 3pm.
For most part the trail is dry - just a few still slighty soft mudholes. However the leafs and some roots still very wet, so watch out.
The trail itself is different, and not just due to the layers of dead leafs - It has been more than a month since last time I rode here, and the first part of the trail, till you get to the very first intersection is different - for better :)
Also I noticed a at least two new bridges ??? and the large tree trunk at the top of the first hard clmb is gone too.
Regarding the new extension, I wonder if wouldn't be a better ride if the traffic was reversed.
As always I had fun - well at least till past half way . Then I had a double calf cramp, ...yes, one in each leg, and I had to crawl back to my car, feeling every bump...
I will post later today or tomorrow the trail loop with elevation, obtained from a GPS unit at Maps, with further detail in the Gear Forum.
Enjoy it while is dry
