Furnished home available for weekend & weekday rentals. House includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, front & side porches. $110/night for 3 people; $75/night for 2 people. 3 person maximum; $75/night minimum. $35 for singles/night if extra bedroom is available. Responsible, tidy, mature folks only. Expect house to be left in same condition as arrival condition.
