Just to let you know, The next time you think about sneaking a dip at fountain Head after a ride, Think again. On Saturday a guy who works at a parts supplier (a/c), I use for work, pulled out a 6 1/2 lb. Piranha from the lake. I have a picture of it but can't post it (it's a photo copy of a polariod). It shows him holding the fish. I thought it may be B.S. until I called the park and they did verify his story. It's a type of Piranha called a Pacu, and it is in thier freezer.

Yikes! This had me worried, so I did a bit of sniffing on Pacus...
Pacus are relatives of the Piranha, and Pacus look like Piranhas. But Pacus are vegetarians that will adapt to eat almost anything. In the wild they eat very hard nut-like vegetation that they crush in their powerful mouths.
So I think the best thing to do, is just release a couple dozen of those Snakeheads in there, and that should take care of the problem... :D

A pacu is a common aquarium fish. Some dumb ass probably bought one and when it got too big set it free. They can get much bigger than 6.5 lbs. They are vergetarians for the most part, but will eat small fish. They live happily with other kinds of larger fish in the same tank. So I don't think they will try to eat you. I would guess they will die when winter rolls around.

I was only trying to whip everyone into a frenzy and cause widespread panic. I was not afraid of being eaten or attacked by a bunch Pacu. But now that I heard they eat nut-like vegetation I will never go skinny dipping in there again. I think they should drain the whole lake to make sure they get all of those nut eating monsters out of there. COME ON PEOPLE WE HAVE TO PROTECT OUR CHILDRENS NUTS!

Yeah, it's only the mutant killer goldfish that survive the sewer that you have to worry about. Those things have been known to swallow small children whole! :)
