New Bike Shop Info?

Does anyone know anything about the new bike shop opening on Great Seneca in Germantown?

There's some info here (http://www.ridemonkey.com/forums/showthread.php?t=122978), but you have to wade through the chatter to get at it. It sounds like the owner is focusing primarily on BMX and big bikes (FR, DH, Urban). They're shooting for an August 15th opening.
