Fountainhead Trailwork and MORE Summer Picnic

The 2010 MORE summer picnic is going to be held in conjunction with a BIG trail-work day at Fountainhead. MORE will be adding almost a mile of NEW trail at Fountainhead and your efforts will be rewarded with a huge summer picnic catered by Texas Bar-B-Que. After we dig in the dirt, we'll be digging into some incredible food, but wait....there's MORE. After we fill our bellies, there will be rides on the trail you just built AND we'll have some water related bike games to help cool you off. Water balloon toss, bike limbo, Frisbee and more.

The tentative schedule looks like this:
9-1pm we build some sweet single-track
1-3pm we kick back, relax and enjoy a catered BBQ
3-5+pm rides, games and socializing

This is just a teaser and we'll update this thread as the details get hammered out. For now, just mark your calendars and we'll see you at Fountainhead on July 31st!

It is time for the MORE Summer Picnic and MORE needs some people to help lead a few rides and help with the picnic on July 31.

We are looking for a few ride leaders and sweepers as well as a few people to help set up the picnic and pick up the food. The food needs to be picked up at Ballston Mall around Noon. Also, we will be playing some fun games like Bike water balloon toss and bike limbo, etc and could use a few FUN people to lead the games.
