Last weekend I road this two year old set of trails designed for mountain bikes by the corps of engineers located just east of Altoona PA (about 2.5 hours from Fredneck). There were riders that drove from Florida to ride these trails. They were great. Here is the link

We road out the Hydro loop and stripped down to our shorts and swam in the lake, got back on the bike and went up hill even faster...ha ha...unbelievably rejuvenating, water was really nice.
