Going to do a bit of clipping on Hoyles tomorrow after work. Meet at 6:15 PM at the HMC White Ground Road trail head. See Directions (http://www.more-mtb.org/forum/showthread.php?t=18085). If you can join me, please drop me an email at Hoyles Mill (HoylesMill@more-mtb.org).

I clipped the section from the Hoyles Mill parking lot on White Ground Road to where the trail exits the woods behind the church. If there are any other sections needing attention, please let me know. I'm also going to ask that the trail through the "meadow restoration" area be added to the mowing plan. The thistle is a b@#ch.

Bring some pruning shears or loppers and take 'em with while you ride. Stop, clip, ride some more. Repeat.

Sorry, my term for riding a bit and stopping wherever the trail is getting overgrown and clipping back the briers and brush.

Had the full on hedge shears tonight. Pointed side down in the backpack.

There are a lot of sections of HMC right now that will leave you with armfuls of lacerations from high speed encounters with blackberry bushes and other assorted thorny greens.

Thanks Scott and Tony. Cleared from the Hoyles parking lot to the Clopper three way stop. Enjoy. Please let me know of any other issues with the trail.

Thanks for your hard work y'all. We'll be up there next weekend and it will be much more fun to ride it now that it is clipped.
