We've done it for SF and I've got a loop I sometime do at lunch at BH. Trying to get my time down further and figure I would see if anyone else wants to enjoy the fun.
Basically, park at 121 after the bridge and do a loop of Hard Rock. GPS path of the trail here http://connect.garmin.com/activity/36870909. Its about 9.3-9.4 miles. I don't care if you go CW or CCW on the hard rock loop, just indicate which.
So let the fun begin
