Avoid Black Hill - Easter Sunday

On Easter Sunday, Black Hill is going to be the site of the Persian Noorooz celebration. The park is going to be jammed with no fewer than 800 carloads of people.

If the park reaches capacity, then all entrances to the park will be closed. This would include the Hoyles Mill Connector section that is on Black Hill Property. If there is a MoCo Epic, you probably want to get through Black Hill early, before 10 AM to be on the safe side.

.... and then they start parking along side the roads and walk in. This is a MAJOR EVENT. I agree, better to avoid Black Hills all together on that day or ride there (not park!) really really early.
